The fully automatic rotor spinning machine R 70 sets new standards in terms of its high productivity, improved raw material utilization and low energy consumption. State-of-the-art automation technology at each spinning position increases efficiency and flexibility and is also the basis for low energy requirements.
The advanced spinning box of the R 70 ensures high spinning stability and yarn tenacity. The BYpass and rotor cleaning with each piecing operation makes it possible to spin slivers with high trash content. The uniform yarn quality with yarn-like piecings provides the best results for further processing.
Economy
The spinning box of the R 70 with enhanced spinning technology increases productivity by up to 7% compared to other rotor spinning machines. An important factor in this is the independent automation, i.e. the simultaneous piecing of multiple spinning positions that results from this technology. This means that efficiency is higher, even with an increased number of ends down.
Ultra-modern, electronically controlled drives and optimized suction with proven, intelligent filter cleaning help to ensure that the R 70 consumes up to 5% less energy than other models.
Despite having the same number of spinning positions, the R 70 requires less space than its predecessor model.
Quality
The R 70 with BYpass and rotor cleaning with each piecing operation makes it possible to spin slivers with higher trash content. The spinning elements BYpass, SPEEDpass and CHANNELpass allow the machine to be optimally adjusted to the raw material.
The combination of modern spinning and piecing technology leads to improved strength and yarn evenness compared to other rotor yarns. The rotor yarns spun on the R 70 offer decisive advantages for further processing, even with an increased number of ends down.
Flexibility
The independent automation at each spinning position means that lots can be changed smoothly and extremely efficient. The R 70 can spin a different lot on each side. The various VARIOlot options make it possible to have multiple lots on each side, depending on the number of available tube loaders. This increases the flexibility of production.
Thanks to the individually driven spinning positions, the machine starts up very quickly after it has come to a stop. As a result, production downtime is minimal.
